The required fields are your name, your email and your message; company, country, profile, subject, species and product or route are optional. The form adds to your message the page you send it from, the button used, the product concerned and the language, so that the person replying knows what you are talking about.

Your request is stored in our database and forwarded by email to the team that answers it. We use it to reply to you and, if a commercial or technical exchange follows, to keep track of it. This use is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and on the exchanges you start with us.

The link “Ask the assistant a question”, on the contact page and at the bottom of every page, opens an automated assistant: an artificial intelligence program, not a person. It is only loaded if you click that link.

When you write to it, your question is sent to the provider that runs the artificial intelligence model (Anthropic) to produce the answer. The question and the answer are then stored in our database, with the language of the page and a randomly generated conversation identifier, which is kept neither in a cookie nor in your browser. Your IP address is used, during the exchange, to limit the number of requests; it is not stored with the conversation.

We read these exchanges to correct the assistant’s answers. This use is based on our interest in answering you and improving this service. Do not write any personal or confidential data in the assistant: for a request that commits you, use the contact form.

We measure the website’s audience with our host’s statistics tool, Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies: visits are counted from a fingerprint computed on the request and discarded after 24 hours. The data is aggregated (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type, browser); it can neither identify you nor follow your browsing on other websites.

This measurement is based on our interest in knowing which pages are useful, so that we can improve them.

The website sets no audience measurement, advertising or social media cookies, and its fonts are served by the website itself. That is why no consent banner is shown.

Your data is neither sold nor passed on. It is available to the Linker Nutrients team and, for the technical part only, to our service providers: the website host (Vercel Inc.), the database provider that stores requests and the exchanges with the assistant, the provider of the assistant’s artificial intelligence model (Anthropic) and our email service.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Requests received through the form are kept for three years after our last contact with you, then deleted. Exchanges with the assistant are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Visit statistics are only kept in aggregated form.

You can at any time ask to access your data, correct it, erase it or restrict its use, object to its use, receive the data you gave us in a readable format, and withdraw your consent.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr, or with the authority of your own country.
